Biography Wayne George Charles Boldt, age 87, of Fergus Falls, MN and formerly of Hibbing, died Wednesday, January 13, 2010 at Lakeland Hospice House in Fergus Falls. He was born January 25, 1922 in Lake Itasca, MN, the son of Martin and Elvira Boldt, and attended school in Hibbing. Wayne was an Army Veteran of WWII and married Anne Mihelich in June 1942. He was employed by US Steel Sherman Mine & Minntac as an electrician, a truck driver, and in engineering; and was an active member of the Hibbing Alliance Church. Wayne had a servant heart and enjoyed volunteering at the Church. He also enjoyed building, hunting and fishing, and cherished the time he spent with his family.
