Audrey Anita Schultz, age 75, a longtime resident of Hibbing and Kitzville and formerly of Hoyt Lakes, died Sunday, September 13, 2009 at home. She was born November 8, 1933 in Clam Falls, WI, the daughter of Clyde and Viola (Powell) Wethern. On November 13, 1954 she married Edward E. Schultz.
Audrey was a homemaker who enjoyed handcrafts, fishing, camping, bonfires and loved flowers and gardens.
She is survived by her daughters: Gladys Smith of Hibbing, Carol Schultz of Hibbing and Doreen (Anthony) Nagler of Nashwauk, MN; six grandchildren: Lloyd Smith, Jr., Martha Smith, Timothy Grippe, Adam Grippe, Amanda (Brandon) Zidich, and Jessica Nagler; one great-grandchild: Saphera Zidich; sisters: Adeline (Orville) Jacobi of WI, and Norma (Phillip) Thompson of WI; and her brother: Alfred Wethern of WI.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband: Edward; three children: Gary, Glenn, and David; granddaughter: Crystal; and sister: Kathy.
Visitation will be Thursday, September 17, 2009 from 11:00 a.m. until the 12:00 noon service in the Anderson-Daniels Funeral Home Chapel. Reverend John Koppel will officiate.
