Bryan Leiviska, age 46 of Ely Lake, passed away at St. Mary's Hospital in Duluth, Sunday evening, October 4, 2009. He was born February 21, 1963 in Minneapolis, MN the son of Bob and Carol Leiviska.

Bryan graduated from Robbinsdale High School and worked with is Dad in the insurance business. When his Dad retired, Bryan ran the business and moved to Virginia. Currently, Bryan was employed as a Territory Manager for the Kellogg Company; a job he enjoyed very much.

Bryan loved to hunt grouse, fish, ride his ATV on his large lot, and Kayak on Ely Lake. He was an EMT with the Evergreen Fire Department.

Bryan was a wonderful son and visited his Mom every weekend. He will be sorely missed.

Bryan is survived by his Mom: Carol of Virginia; brothers: Bob (Kris) of Britt, Jeffery (Cymbeline) of Lakeville and Mark of Eau Claire; nephews: Cale, Paul, & Andrew; a niece: Avery; Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and his beloved dog: Max.

He was preceded in death by his father: Robert R. Leiviska in 2007.

A Gathering time for family and friends will be held Saturday, October 10, 2009 from 10:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. Memorial Service in the Virginia United Methodist Church. Pastor Brenda King will officiate. Inurnment will be in the Greenwood Cemetery.
