Carol L. Leiviska, age 85, of Virginia and formerly of Golden Valley, MN, died Thursday, June 21, 2018, at Edgewood Vista in Virginia. She was born August 10, 1932, in Virginia the daughter of Henry and Bess (McGill) Berlin. She was a graduate of Virginia High School, and went on to attend Nursing School in St. Paul. She was united in marriage to Robert R. Leiviska, and they were together 53 years until his death in 2007.

Carol worked as a Nursing Assistant. She was a member of Peace United Methodist Church, in Virginia. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren, playing tennis and bocce ball, and spending time at the lake.

Carol is survived by her sons: Robert Leiviska of Britt, MN, Mark Leiviska of Mondovi, WI, and Jeff (Cymbeline) Leiviska of Lakeville, MN; grandchildren: Cale Leiviska, Paul Leiviska, Andrew Leiviska, and Avery Leiviska.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband: Robert; son: Bryan; and brother: Robert Berlin.

Visitation will be from 1:00 pm until the 2:00 pm Memorial Service Tuesday, June 26, 2018, at Peace United Methodist Church in Virginia. Pastor Mickey Olson will officiate. Inurnment will be in the Greenwood Cemetery.
