Debra Kay Moylan, age 59, longtime resident of Virginia died Saturday, May 21, 2016, at Essentia Health St. Mary's Hospital in Duluth. She was born December 21, 1956, in Baudette, MN, the daughter of Marvin and Marian (Herman) Weigelt. She graduated from Kelliher High School and went on to receive her LPN license. Debra was united in marriage to George Moylan on June 28, 1975 in Waskish, MN.

Debra worked as a nurse at the hospital in Virginia. She attended Sacred Heart Catholic Church, and was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary in Gilbert. She enjoyed spending time outdoors.

Debra is survived by her son: Mark (fiancée Liz Peak) Moylan of Newton, IA; siblings: Teresa (Don) Davidson of Bemidji, MN, Larry Weigelt of Aurora, MN, Marian Weigelt of Virginia, MN, and Kim Harju of Eveleth, MN; and two grandchildren: Lisa and Lindsey Moylan.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband: George (2008); her brothers: Dale and Robert; and her sister: Marlys.

Visitation will be from 1:00 pm until the 2:00 pm Funeral Service Wednesday, May 25, 2016, at the Bauman-Cron Funeral Home Chapel in Virginia. Inurnment will be at a later date.
