Douglas R. Winter, age 48, of Milwaukee, Wis. passed away unexpectedly on November 6, 2009.

He was born on Sept. 14, 1961 to Douglas and Ruth Winter, who preceded him in death. He was a teacher in Milwaukee. He enjoyed music, boating, and photography.

Douglas is survived by siblings Karla Winter-Schulz of Bonita, Calif., Victoria Winter of Appleton, Wis., Richard Winter of Appleton, Wis., and David Winter of Shawano. A private service will be conducted at First Presbyterian Church in Shawano.
