Dung Ngoc Tran, age 49 of Virginia died Tuesday, May 16, 2017 in Essentia St. Mary's Health Care Center in Duluth. He was born June 29, 1967 in Vinh Long, Vietnam and has lived in Saigon, Vietnam, Duluth, MN and Minneapolis prior to moving to Virginia. Dung was employed as a cook at the Saigon Café.

Dung is survived by his wife: Nhi Do; daughters: Duyen Do and Dieu Do both of Virginia; sister: Dung Nguyen and brother-in-law: Lam Nguyen.

A Gathering time for family and friends will be held from on Friday, May 19, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. in the Bauman Cron Funeral Home in Virginia.
