Gordon "Gordy" Johnson, age 91, of Biwabik, MN, passed away Friday, Aug. 21, 2020 at New Journey Residence in Biwabik. He was born November 30, 1928 in Soudan, the son of Arthur and Edith (Jofs) Johnson.  Gordy was proud to have worked in the track department for Duluth Missabe &Iron Range Railroad for 43 years, retiring in 1990.

Gordy is survived by his nieces: Laurie Whitlinger, Elizabeth Manners, and Becky Anderson: Nephew: Eric Krenz and sister-in-law: Claudia Johnson.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers: Leonard, Roger, and Norman.

A private family committal service will be held in the Lakeview Cemetery in Tower.
