Isaiah Stephan Moore, age 35, longtime resident of Hibbing, MN, and formerly of Keewatin, MN, died Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at his home. He was born December 13, 1990, in Grand Rapids, MN, the son of William and Michele (Calaguire) Moore. He attended Victory Christian Academy school in Hibbing and was a graduate of Nashwauk High School.

Isaiah had a love for wood working and building furniture; one of his first jobs was working at Latvala Lumber of Nashwauk. For the past several years Isaiah worked alongside his brother, Zach, at Perpetual Care of Minnesota where they provided perpetual care services to families and their loved ones across the cemeteries of the Iron Range.

He enjoyed painting and over the course of his lifetime painted hundreds of abstracts, landscapes, and scenes from the World Wars. He was an avid historian of early twentieth century history, especially the First World War. He and his brother also shared an extensive classical music collection, with a special love for Tchaikvosky. In his later years he took a liking to classic cars and enjoyed going to cars shows with his cousin, Michael. Isaiah had a love for God and family. His motto was “Forgive Life”.

Isaiah is survived by his mother: Michele (Mark) Saccoman of Pengilly, MN; father: William Moore of Keewatin; brothers: Zachary Moore of Hibbing, and Aaron Moore of Keewatin, MN; sister: Leah (Brandon) Monson of Duluth, MN; step-brother: Sam Saccoman of Apple Valley, MN; maternal grandmother: Betty Calaguire of Nashwauk, MN; niece: Maisy Monson; nephew: Maverick Monson; and numerous extended family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather: Joseph Calaguire; paternal grandparents: John (Myra) Moore; and cousins: Leann Denne, Adam King and Austin Paolo, whom had a special place in his heart.

There will be a Celebration of Life on September 26, 2026 at Open Door Church, 12025 Corey Tracts Road, Hibbing, MN at 11:00 A.M. Visitation will be from 10:00 – 11:00 A.M. Pastor Greg Rhodea will officiate.
