Kevin Eugene Robbins, age 38, of Hibbing died Sunday, August 9, 2009 in the Fairview University Medical Center – Mesabi. He was born December 7, 1970 in Hibbing the son of Charles Jr. and Sandra (Nichols) Robbins. He graduated from Hibbing High School. Kevin worked as a baker for Sunrise Bakery. He greatly enjoyed: living life to the fullest, racing, and the racing community in Hibbing and across the Range.
Kevin is survived by his children: Rebecca, Alexandria, Indy, and Daytona; his siblings: Steven (Melissa) Robbins of Chisholm, Jay (Karina) Robbins of Chisholm, Tina (Michael) Pulford of Chisholm, Douglas (Tina) Robbins of Andover, MN, Peggy (Knute) Gustavsson of Hibbing, Debi (Greg) Hunter of Coon Rapids, MN, and Brian (Suzanne) Robbins of New Brighton, MN; his fiancée Kristin Gustafson; grandmother: Eileen Nichols; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the 1:00 pm service Friday, August 14, 2009 in the Anderson-Daniels Funeral Home Chapel. Dave Popilek will officiate. Interment will be in the Maple Hill Cemetery in Hibbing.
