Paul Willard Lehman, age 100, a longtime resident of Embarrass, died Saturday, October 1, 2011 in the Virginia Regional Medical Center. He was born January 10, 1911 in Orrville, Ohio the son of Jacob P. and Sarah E. (Moser) Lehman. Paul married Doris Wengerd on September 14, 1944 in Ohio. He moved to northern Minnesota in the 1940's to teach daily vacation bible schools and has resided here since that time. Paul was employed by the Soudan Mine and later Reserve Mining Company. He was an avid reader, and a student of the bible.
Paul is survived by his wife: Doris; daughters: Julia and Jane Lehman of Embarrass; son: Stephen Lehman of Stone Lake, WI; brother: Marion Lehman of Goshen, Ohio and sister Kathryn Hamsher of Orrville, Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers: Milton and Marcus Lehman; and sisters: Orpha Hartzler and Clara Hershberger.
Private Family Services will be held.
