Richard G. Snabb, age 70, of Hibbing and formerly of Seattle, WA, died Saturday, November 17, 2018 at Essentia Health St. Mary's in Duluth. He was born June 7, 1948 in Wenatchee, WA the son of Oliver and Gertrude (Eliason) Snabb. He was a graduate of Wenatchee High School and went on to attend college. A veteran of the US Marines, Richard served during the Vietnam War. He was united in marriage to Shirley McPherson in 1989 in Lakewood, WA.

Richard worked as a landscaper for Terra Dynamics in Washington, and worked at the Wal-Mart Store in Hibbing. He enjoyed fly fishing, tying flies, ice fishing, camping & hiking, and farming.

Richard is survived by his wife: Shirley; daughter: Heather (Chuck) Est of St. Regis, MT; son: Warren Cline of Prineville, OR; sisters: Marianne (Chuck) Story of E. Wenatchee, WA, and Barbara (Frank) Sanchez of Bellingham, WA; 5 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandson.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers: David and John Snabb.

Visitation will be Monday, December 3, 2018 from 1:00 pm until the 2:00 pm Funeral Service at the Anderson-Daniels Funeral Home Chapel. William Schaffer will officiate. Interment will be in the Hibbing Park "Maple Hill" Cemetery.
