Roxanne Rinerson, age 56 of Iron passed away Sunday, June 28, 2009 in her home, with her family at her side, after battling cancer. She was born April 3, 1953 in Thief River Falls, MN the daughter of Alvin and Wanda (Jacobson) Lee and was a graduate of Mt. Iron High School Class of 1971. Roxanne married Gale Rinerson on April 14, 1972 in Mt. Iron and they made their home in Kinney prior to moving to Iron. She was a member of Faith United Lutheran Church in Iron. Roxanne was a dedicated mother grandmother and wife who cherished her time spent with her family. She enjoyed camping, yard work, and traveling out west.

Roxanne is survived by her husband, Gale; children, Eric (Jennifer) Rinerson of Fargo, N.D. and Jennifer (Bob) Fairbanks of Belle Plaine, MN; a brother, Larry (Connie) Lee of Mt. Iron; grandchildren, Carter, Abby, Hanna, Kaleb, and Brooke; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Todd Lee.

A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 1, 2009 in Faith United Lutheran Church in Iron. Pastor Nathan Sager will officiate.
