Sarah Beth Lervik, age 57, of Chisholm and formerly of Terre Haute, IN, died Saturday, August 20, 2011 in St. Luke's Medical Center in Duluth. She was born July 8, 1954 in Sullivan, IN, the daughter of Ernest and Geneva Lois (Whitlock) Tarrh. She graduated from Sullivan High School and took several college courses. Sarah was united in marriage to John Lervik in Hibbing in October of 1999.
Sarah worked as a Medical Transcriptionist for the Virginia Regional Medical Center and for Med Quest. She enjoyed spending time with her family, and shopping on e-Bay.
Sarah is survived by her husband: John; children: Kenneth Burkeybyle of Chisholm, Kelee Burkeybyle of Terre Haute, IN, Nicole Zbacnick of Chisholm, and David Lervik of Chisholm; a brother: Danny (Becky) Tarrh of TX; a sister: Donna (Chester) McCammon of Linton, IN; and 5 grandchildren: Lillian, Krislyn, Mike, Dakota, and Blake.
Visitation will be from 3:30 pm until the 4:30 Funeral Service Thursday, August 25, 2011, in the Anderson-Daniels Funeral Home Chapel. The Reverend Dan Smith will officiate. Interment will be at a later date in Indiana.
