Obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Stacey Beth Kimball on August 30, 2025, after a courageous battle with Alzheimer's disease.

Stacey was a strong woman who always carried herself with grace, warmth, and dignity. She was entirely devoted to her husband, children, grandchildren, and family. We will miss her beyond measure and continue to honor and love her legacy.

She was born March 5th, 1962 in Brainerd, Mn, to Robert and Judy (Brown) Lively. Stacey graduated from Brainerd High School ('80) and attended Brainerd Area Vocational Technical Institute where she earned her degree in Dental Assisting. She worked for several dentists in the Brainerd lakes area until Alzheimer's symptoms stopped her career short.

In 1986 she met Clifford Kimball and together they raised three children: Daniel, John, and daughter Paige.

Stacey loved spending time with family and friends, fellowshipping with her homies at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Crosby, Mn and working Minnesota Via de Cristo weekends with her good friend Audrey Webber.

Stacey is preceded in death by parents Robert and Judy Lively and sister Regan (Jim) Loss.

Survivors include her husband Cliff; brother Steve (Karen) Lively; sister Renee (Sean) Reed; sons: Daniel Jillson and John (Katrine) Kimball; daughter Paige (Shawn) Russell; grandsons: Daniel, Preston, Calvin, and Jackson; and many nieces and nephews.

A special thank you to all the staff who looked after Stacy these past eight years at Virginia Carefree Living. There are no words that can express my gratitude for the loving care you provided Stacey while she was in your care.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, Stacey's family is requesting donations be made to your children's ministry or charity of choice.
