Teresa Miller Erickson age 50 of Embarrass died unexpectedly Saturday, September 1, 2018 in Essentia St. Mary's Hospital in Duluth. She was born July 3, 1968 in Virginia the daughter of Sarah (Rod) Maki of Embarrass and Kenneth Miller of Aurora; and was a graduate of Babbitt High School Class of 1986.

Teresa is survived by sons: Travis, Eric, and Ethan Erickson all of Embarrass; extended family: Sam and Jared of Embarrass and Haley of Hibbing; parents: Sarah (Rod) Maki of Embarrass and Kenneth Miller of Aurora; sisters: Angie (Jeff) Miller of Soudan, Stacy (Troy) Davidson of Babbitt, Sherry (Jerry) Maki of Biwabik, Page (Bo) Miller of Embarrass, and Mariaha Woitel of Virginia; brothers: Michael Miller of Virginia and Matthew (Jessica) Woitel of Ohio; mother-in-law; sisters-in-law; brother-in-law; numerous nieces nephews, aunts, uncles, extended family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 24 years: Glenn Erickson and grandparents.

She will be remembered as a strong advocate for ALS Awareness.

The visitation will be held Friday, September 7, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Bauman-Vermilion, a Bauman Family Funeral Home in Tower.

Inurnment will take place at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 8, 2018 in the Embarrass Cemetery. Following the inurnment, a celebration of life will be held at the Timber Hall in Embarrass.

Teresa's family extends their thanks to all who provided assistance and help on Saturday evening.
