Terrence Wayne Lanska was welcomed into the arms of Jesus at 11:30pm, May 3, 2019

at the age of 68 at St Luke's Hospital in Duluth MN.

Terry was born in Thief River Falls, MN on March 11, 1951.  He spent his early years in

Thief River, moving to Mt Iron, MN and then to Virginia, MN where he graduated from

Roosevelt High School in 1970.

Terry went on to the Eveleth Technical College where he earned a diploma in printing

and worked for Manny's Shopper in Hibbing, MN.

Throughout Terry's life, he enjoyed watching sports of all kinds, especially football and

baseball.  He participated on bowling leagues and also loved to golf, even making a whole in one without knowing it.  He was an avid reader and when his eyesight got poor he enjoyed audio

books from the library.

Terry had a personal relationship with the Lord.  He loved being involved with his church

family.  He had many close friends and was always available to help others in need.  In his last

year he received help from many of his friends which was so much appreciated!

Terry was preceded in death by his mom and dad, an older sister, two nephews and a

niece.

He is survived by 2 sisters, 4 brothers and sisters in law, brothers in law, many nieces and

nephews, great nieces and great nephews, extended family and friends.

Terry will be missed greatly by all those who knew and loved him!

Visitation will be held Wednesday, May 8, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in the Anderson-Daniels Funeral Home in Hibbing. Visitation will continue Thursday, May 9, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. Funeral Service in the Hibbing Alliance Church. Pastor Kevin Norton will officiate. Interment will follow in the Hibbing Park – Maple Hill Cemetery.
