Winifred C. Graber, age 87, longtime resident of Kelly Lake and Hibbing died Wednesday, June 24, 2015, at the Fairview Range Hospital in Hibbing with family at her side. She was born July 29, 1927, in Running Water, SD the daughter of Jan and Dirktje (Van Zeist) Osterdyk. She attended Mora area schools. Winnie was united in marriage to Rueben A. Graber on October 23, 1946, in Mora, MN.
Winnie worked as a retail clerk for National Foods, S&H Green Stamps, Montgomery Ward, and Spies Super Value. She was a member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church and served in the Grace Circle. Winnie enjoyed crocheting, word-search puzzles, handcrafts and traveling.
Winnie is survived by her sons: Tom (Sue) Graber of Chisholm, Ron (Juanita) Graber of Rochester, Glenn Graber of Hibbing, and Keith Graber of Baudette; twelve grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Winnie was preceded in death by her parents; her husband: Rueben (2011); her infant daughter; five brothers and two sisters.
Visitation will be from 12:00 Noon until the 1:00 PM Memorial Service Thursday, July 2, 2015, at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Hibbing. The Reverend Kevin Olson will officiate. Inurnment will be Saturday, July 25, 2015, at 11:00 AM in the Oakwood Cemetery in Mora, MN.
