Dayle Robin Klekotka, age 69, longtime resident of Eveleth moved from here to her eternal home Thursday, January 24, 2024, at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Duluth. She was born August 15, 1954, in Crosby, MN, the daughter of Donald and Janet (Robinson) Olin. She was a graduate of Roosevelt High School in Virginia. Dayle was united in marriage to Jim Klekotka on February 8, 2008, in Virginia.
Dayle worked as a Direct Care Supervisor at Assisted Living facilities. She enjoyed fishing, puzzles, and spending time at the cabin on Lake Vermilion.
Dayle is survived by her husband: Jim; son: Luke (Kelly) Pickar of Buhl, MN; sister Mikki Kranz of Virginia, MN; grandson: Riley Pickar; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her son: Zeb Pickar.
Visitation will be from 12:30 p.m. until the 1:00 p.m. Memorial Service Thursday, February 1, 2024, at True Hope Fellowship in Virginia. Pastor Joel Kallberg will officiate. Inurnment will be at a later date in Calvary Cemetery in Virginia.
