Dennis Howard Lindberg

Dennis Howard Lindberg, age 82 of Virginia, died Friday October 20, 2023, at Essentia Health in Virginia.  He was born on July 7, 1941 the son of Howard and Harriet (Casperson) Lindberg.   He graduated from Virginia Roosevelt High School in 1959.

Dennis worked in Retail and real Estate.  He also served on the Hospital Commission board and the Virginia City Council.  He enjoyed golf, traveling and Minnesota Sports.  He will be missed by many.

Dennis is survived by his children: Robert of Virginia, and Dean of Virginia; significant other: Diana Maki of Virginia; bonus children: Jennifer Halenbeck, Susan Mowatt, Robert Weidner, Rochelle Weidner, and Alice Gruska; Brother: Don(Carol) Lindberg of Royalton, Mn;  Grandchildren: Justin(Amanda), Danielle, Alana, David, Samantha, Ruthe, Luke, Abby, Emma, Callie, Adrienne Hotchkiss, Nick Hotchkiss, Nathan Luoma, Michael Luoma, Jeremiah Lindberg, Dylan Lindberg, Hannah Lindberg;  numerous great-grandchildren, extended family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; mother of his children: Linda Torma; Brother: David Lindberg, and granddaughter: Destiny Lindberg.

The Memorial Mass will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday October 28, 2023 at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Virginia. Father Brandon Moravitz will be the celebrant. A gathering time for family and friends will begin one hour prior to the service at the church.  Inurnment will take place at Calvary Cemetery in Virginia.
