Lyla Jeanette Pete Obituary

Lyla

Gone from our sight but, never from our hearts and minds. Lyla was a sweet, precious girl. She had so many talents; cheer, basketball, softball, skiing, and running. Her incredible strength was amazing. She had the muscles to prove it too.

She loved with every part of herself. Her love of sunsets, especially those reflecting off Lake Vermilion. She loved her dog, Makoontz. Her little cousin Ezra loved her so much. She had a very special friend Aryana, who she loved so much. They had long conversations on the phone.

We had so many laughs with her. Way too many to count.

She helped with many domestic duties like taking care of the dogs - feeding, watering, bathing them, and letting them out for potty time. She also cleaned the house and picked up the yard, just to name a few.

She was so excited to go to Florida. Florida was her dream. Her biggest dream was to swim in the ocean. She will be able to go wherever she wants to now.

She will be with her mom, Anya, and all her relatives who passed on.

Fly high my Beautiful Baby. You are so loved and will be missed.

These are some of the things Lyla’s friends wanted to share:
