Patricia Lois (Curtiss) Stark Obituary

Patricia Lois Stark passed away on Oct. 3, 2023, at the Diamond Willow care center in Mt. Iron Minnesota. Patricia was born on April 21st, 1932, to LeRoy and Amelia Curtiss in Virginia, Mn.


Patricia attended Roosevelt high school in Virgina and the Virginia community college. She was employed at the city of Virginia and retired as the Deputy City Clerk.


Patricia was a great cook and started her own catering business. She was a member of the Peace United Methodist Church.  When she was diagnosed with cancer, she set up Road to Recovery to help other cancer patients get rides to and from appointments.


She took many trips with her siblings and visited many parts of the world.


She is survived by her 3 sons, Charlie Arnold (Margaret) Stark, Gary Ray (Nicole) Stark, Ricky Lynn (Audrey) Stark, and her brother Robert Curtiss. She has 6 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her ex-husband Robert, brother Melvin and sisters June, Elaine, and Carol. Her sister Lora Lee Curtiss passed away in December of 2023.


The celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 20, 2024, at the Peace United Methodist Church in Virginia, MN from 1 to 4 P.M. She will be laid to rest in the Greenwood Cemetery, at a later date.
