Obituary
Ralph L. Friesner, age 62, longtime resident of Embarrass and formerly of Tower, MN, died Saturday, June 24, 2023, in an automobile accident near his home. He was born May 29, 1961, in Aurora, MN, the son of Harry and Edna (Story) Friesner. He was a graduate of Tower-Soudan High School.
Ralph worked as a Cashier at Fortune Bay Casino for 19 years. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Ralph is survived by his siblings: Glen Friesner of Hinckley, MN, Claudia Mastin of Detroit Lakes, MN, Tim (Shiela) Friesner of Roosevelt, MN, Clyde (Connie) Friesner of Warroad, MN, and David (Karn) Friesner of Muskego, WI; and numerous extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother-in-law: Rick Mastin; and his nephew: Travis Friesner.
Visitation will be from 1:00 pm until the 2:00 pm Celebration of Life service Friday, August 25, 2023 at the Bauman-Vermilion Funeral Home in Tower. Greg Anderson will be the Celebrant. Inurnment will be at a later date in Warroad, MN.
