Russell John “Cha” Dall, age 74 a lifelong resident of Mountain Iron, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, January 30, 2024. He was born September 6, 1949 in Virginia, the son of George and Ruth (Peterson) Dall and was a graduate of Mountain Iron High School, Class of 1967. Cha was employed by the St. Louis County Sign Department as a Supervisor. He was a member of MRSA and the Dream Machines Car Club; and loved anything about cars.

            Cha is survived by his wife: Linda Foucault; daughter: April (Bill Heisel) Jeffery; siblings: Kenneth (Joyce) Dall, Ronald (Phyllis) Dall, Gordy (Mattie) Dall, Glenn (Deb) Dall, Arlene Blake, and Sharon (Ken) Taylor; sister-in-law: Teresa Dall; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

            He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers: James and Roger Dall; brother-in-law: Russell Blake; and first wife: Yvonne.

            A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday February 24, 2024, From 2PM to 5PM at the Mountain Iron Community Center in Mountain Iron, Minnesota.
