Willard Stanley Tverberg was born to John and Betty Solvin Tverberg in Shevlin, MN on March 27,1944, and passed away peacefully on April 26, 2026.

Willy enlisted in the Army in June of 1965 to 1967, becoming MP in December of 1966.

He married the love of his life Diane Elaine Chell on August 15, 1970, they have been married for 55 years.

They moved to the Iron Range in 1974, and he started working at Virginia Ready Mix / Seppi Brothers until he retired in 2005.

He enjoyed hunting and fishing and being a grandpa the most.

He is survived by his wife Diane. His 2 children Steve Tverberg and KayLa (Patrick) Kaldahl, Grandchildren Kori (Brandon) Frederick, Kristin Kaldahl and Paige Tverberg. Brothers Henry Tverberg and Harold Tverberg and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, mother, and stepfather Lawrence Swelland. Sister MaryLou Tverberg Martine, brothers Jack Tverberg, Richard Tverberg and Gary Tverberg.
